It’s actually a pretty good product. First of all, the modules inside and out are made of solid materials. It’s not lightweight plastic, but steel, so it’s very strong. In terms of functionality, there are 6 ways to open the door: fingerprint recognition, app (Bluetooth), passcode, FOB, and key. You can also purchase and install the G2 Gateway (WiFi) to control the door from the outside using the app. It has a basic timer to notify you when the door is open and a warning beep in case of password failure, so it is a product that has thought about safety.
However, the product is a bit clunky, and the fingerprint and various registration procedures are not smart and feel a bit crude and not easy to manage. In terms of practical inconvenience, the battery cover is a little tricky to open, and it takes a lot of time to use it, especially via Bluetooth. Fingerprint and FOB recognition are very fast.
Another advantage is that it can be used with other door locks that use TTLock, which is great if you have a lot of doors that lead to the outside, as it allows you to control different brands with one app. In terms of price, I think it’s competitive with similar products, and as long as you don’t want to use a completely different app, I think it’s a good choice for a similar design.

I like AppLoki product in general. But I’ll say that this unit doesn’t use the same android application (iphone probably also), than other door handle lock they have. I like the idea of centralizing with a single compagny all my door access, but this product isn’t it !
You HAVE TO create a cloud account to use this product as well, which I really think should not be mandatory for feature not requiring the cloud.
I had issues connecting the door lock to the app. I had to try several time. It would say connected, and a second layer, it would say removing bluetooth admin or something like that.
Once I got in, everything work kinda ok, but the app isn’t great and feel older than other of their product (even if this seem more modern).
NOTE ALSO, in the manual, it give you a link to download the TTLock application, which say it over 100mb in size, and that from a china website that look shady. If you install TTLock from the android store, this version was 75mb. So a lot smaller. This to me is a red flag that the manually installed version (which is not verified at all), have extra spying software. So use at your own risk !
The keypad doesn’t feel as good as other model they offer. But the finger print worked fined for me, the RFID card also work fine.

Well built smart power deadbolt that operates as expected and easy to install.
Comes with all hardware, installation guide and template, 2 keys, and simple instructions.
This unit operates like most other electronic deadbolts, and requires batteries for use of the electric open function. When using the electronic lock function, the operation is very smooth and no grinding or rubbing provides a proper installation.
This lock also features control via an app, rfid cards (2 included), code, fingerprint, and regular key. The only downside, I can’t seem to get access to the keyhole no matter how hard I try. Followed instruction, but no luck.
Batteries last about the same time frame as other units.
This unit can be installed on either side of the door, not just right or left.
I can¡¯t speak to the long term use at this time, but it seems like it will hold up like others. I¡¯ll update this review about the functionality later in the winter when it¡¯s been cold and snowy for a few months.
Overall, it offers many neat features, however I feel less secure using it due to the RFID entry ability and if the batteries die, I can’t use the key as backup. The alternative is connecting a power bank via USB cable on the outside, who carries a power bank just in case?!
It is nice to have the app functionality, however again I feel this could be a vulnerability. With the right knowhow and tools, access could potentially be granted quickly.
Do be sure to install properly and level so it doesn¡¯t have resistance when opening or closing with the electronic function.

The lock is generally robust, looks decent and is functional. The code feature, key, fingerprint sensor, and Bluetooth opening all work well. However, the installation process is a complete nightmare. Inside the box, there are no paper instructions; instead, there’s only a QR code on the lock. Following the code leads to an installation video without sound. Unfortunately, this video provides incorrect measurements for drilling holes. it also says to use an included installation template which is not in the box. Programming the lock becomes challenging as it lacks any included instructions, not even a video. Since this lock is a generic Chinese model Apploki just stuck their logo on, attempting to find a manual for this rebranded Chinese lock proves nearly impossible. I combed the internet for a long time before finding this lock under a different name. While the lock itself is nice, it’s crucial for them to include proper instructions for users.

I like apploki, I have a few of their locks. I don’t know if they manufacture themand just resell under their brand name but you can find identical locks sold under other different brand names. Regardless, the brand seems to favour higher-quality fit and finish and they look great, this specific lock being no exception.
Installation and setup are typical and nothing exceptional to note about it. Once you install the app and connect, it all works quite seamlessly and you can fairly easily add fingerprints and scan cards, and you can look up battery life percentage and when the door was accessed successfully or unsuccessfully, etc.
The only issue is battery life is fairly short. With average daily use, you’ll chew through around 4 sets of batteries a year, at least. This is because of the “always on” bluetooth, the lighting and sound, and of course the big motor driving the bolt. The unit tends to malfunction slowly as the batteries die, and you’ll find that anything under 30% battery life will make recognizing finger prints and unlocking it frustrating.
Regardless, it’s a beautiful, fully-functioned electronic deadbolt.

Well made and looks elegant. Easy to install and setup. Very smart door lock. Recognizes finger prints well. Remember this lock needs to buy a gateway separately if wants to unlock the device through network. Otherwise using APP to unlock is only through Bluetooth connection. The battery cover which requires a pin to push to open which I found a bit hassle, but I also understand it is for safety such as kid might open the cover and take out the batteries.

The lock looks nice, seems to be good quality, but the batterie won’t charge past 35%. I’ve had it plugged in for 11hours. I will be returning it and buying something different. It also does not connect with Alexa like it says it does.

EDIT: The manufacturer suggests using conventional 1.5V Alkaline batteries, however I have used 1.2V NiMH rechargable batteries without issue. The only problem I encountered was larger batteries such as IKEA 2450mAh AA or Eneloop Pro will not fit. IKEA 1900mAh AA fits with no issue.
I¡¯m somewhat of a smart lock enthusiast, have owned Schlage, Weiser, and Alfred smart locks, so I will give my 2 cents here about this lock in comparison with the others.
Installation
The installation of this lock is fairly straight forward, similar to the other locks. They were nice to include additional screw, including screws for ultra-thick doors, which the other brands didn¡¯t offer. The exterior part is held onto the door with 3 screws. You¡¯ll need to drill an additional hole if you want to use the third screw. I didn¡¯t drill it, and installed with 2 screws just fine. My door had the older 1 5/8″ inch bore, and I was able to install this lock without having to mod anything. (With Alfred you¡¯ll need to enlarge the bore to 2 1/8 inch, with Schlage you¡¯ll need to remove a bracket to install onto smaller bore)
RFID
The box came with 2 RFID tags which can be paired with the lock. I was also able to pair credit cards! I have tried the following credit cards and they work: TD VISA, Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard, American Express . It¡¯ll even work with virtual cards on the phone if the phone supports NFC. I have yet to see this neat feature from Schlage or Weiser.
Physical Key
The physical key is covered by a thin magnetic cover. To remove the cover, you can use the suction cup included on their keyring. I would not recommend using finger nails or pointy object, as it may damage the cover. The keyway is the popular Schlage C Keyway, so you¡¯ll have no issue getting the key copied if required.
Software
This lock has the TTLock chipset, which I since learned to be a popular platform for smart locks. It communicates with the TTLock app through Bluetooth. The app seems fine, though one small annoyance is when configuring the app, I have to touch the touchpad every few seconds to prevent it from going into sleep mode. It is able to integrate with Alexa and Google Home with a ¡°G2/G3 Gateway¡±, however from my research there is no integration with SmartThings or Home Assistant.
Other comments
Fingerprint lock is very snappy, so is password unlock. To lock the door, you¡¯ll have to press the # button for 2 seconds. It¡¯d be nice if they can allow a button to instantly lock the door, as 2 seconds each time does add up over the years. Overall the build quality seems on par with Alfred. My initial impression has been good. How long will it last? Only time will tell.

It’s not hard to install the set, and it’s very simple to set up the pass code. It takes a while to load my fingerprint, and thank God, this winter is not that cold in Montreal. My wife and me we keep the e-keys, and let the kids use the pass code and the fingerprint, as well as the app. So I have no more worries about the kids lose the keys.

It’s the second time I have AppLoki. This version is much more advanced than the previous ones, especially because it’s integrated with an app which gives it powerful programming controls. While it has many reasons to be loved, here’s why I like very much about it:
* passcode can be auto-expired and auto-generated
* support temporary charging with power bank when battery is dead
* physical key opening is hidden
* support fingerprint, fob, passcode and key
* the material are solid and heavy
AppLoki is such a great brand in the making! Will come back for more if I need.

Great value, works exactly as listing says. It functions very good. App works well! Works with Alexa (gateway needed)

This lock is very straightforward to install and setup, don’t need to worry about forgetting your key at home because you can just set up a passcode or use your finger. On top of all this, it looks very elegant and modern.

I have been using this product for a few days and the response is relatively fast.

After replacing the lock in my Garage , I liked this company and bought a bit more fancy lock that has finger print unlock. Installation was a breeze and works as intended. I do have reservations about the touch panel and the finger print unlock when the snow clad days come. But I cant test it till then . The lock piston itself is a bit flimsy than my older schlage lock but I live in Canada where thieves are kings so I dont bother with the lock and it is only used a visual deterrant . for the price I paid, the lock looks sturdy and tech enabled

Got it on Friday and installed it over the weekend. Software to install was pretty easy to use and configure. Only major issue we had is that we needed to drill another hole for the lock to secure it on the door but the instructions that came with it were pretty easy to use and made the task very simple and it snapped in without any issue. Great now incase I ever forget the code or keys, I have my finger to open the door

We¡¯ve previously had a Schlage and moved house so needed to buy a new one. Looked around on jkllllsss to see if there was anything different and came across this one. Also really liked the sleek look of it.
Install was easy and it was easy to configure and synched up with Alexa easily. You can also just use your passcode or fingerprint. This look comes with a lot of neat features and promises to hold up in the cold. So far, very happy with our purchase.

Lock is very appealing, nice finish and well made
Installation went very smooth as i followed the instructions and even there is video as well, please make sure to select the proper door opening like left or right and toggle the switch to desired position
The Extra hole that needs to be drilled to mount his lock, but I get away with standard 2 holes and it worked out perfect and feel solid with 2 holes installation
As I mentioned its Bluetooth on only so no Wi-Fi and for me it’s perfect as I don’t want my door lock to be connected to WIFI
There is battery percentage and records you can monitor via app, but they don’t update in real time as its not WIFI
I was not able to Test Alexa as it requires gateway to be installed so without gateway it’s just an option
My door open/close 5-6 time a day so I installed 4 AA batteries and after 10 days battery is still holding a 100 %
I tried fingerprint, passcode, tags and keys they work flawless and auto lock feature is amazing
There are passage lock options which means you can grant access to some =one for certain time frame.
If you are within 2 meters of door lock you can lock unlock via APP and you see the door open/close records and battery life as well

First of all i would like to mention about the design and look. Its really nice looking with elegant touch. Very detailed explanation on how to install with proper measurements. It worked both fingerprint and mobile app way.
Cherry on the cake for me was i got it with a decent discount at sale price.
Its going good. Lets see how it survive rainy and winter season.

The front door of my house is equipped with a smart door lock, and I’ve been wanting to replace the garage door with a smart lock as well. After much consideration, I chose this model; it has a great price, is easy to install, and offers multiple convenient features like unlocking via smartphone, Bluetooth key, or password.

This fingerprint door lock, featuring keyless entry and Bluetooth app control, is a solid 4-star choice in terms of its functionality. However, it does present a few challenges during installation and setup.
What’s truly impressive is its advanced features, offering keyless entry and Bluetooth connectivity for added convenience and security. Yet, the installation process can be complex, requiring meticulous attention to door and jamb alignment for optimal performance.
Overall, while it requires careful installation and configuration, this fingerprint door lock with keyless entry and Bluetooth functionality is a commendable choice for those seeking enhanced security and modern access control features.
